Welcome to our online store. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products listed therein, including First Aid Kits, Aroma Oils, and Household Items. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our website or placing orders.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• All information provided during the purchase process is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Products
3.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Products are sold subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3.2 Product Categories
Our store carries the following categories of products:
• First Aid Kits – including bandages, antiseptics, medical tools, and emergency supplies.
• Aroma Oils – including essential oils, diffuser oils, and related aromatherapy products.
• Household Items – including cleaning supplies, personal care products, and general home essentials.
Note: First Aid Kits and related medical supplies are intended for general first-aid use only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. In case of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.
4. Pricing & Payment
• All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement shall be binding.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order through our available payment methods.
• We are not liable for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by the customer.
5. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process. Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of order placement by contacting our customer support. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In the event of a successful cancellation, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
7. Refund & Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: Returns and refunds are accepted ONLY in cases of product defects. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason not related to a manufacturing or quality defect.
7.1 Eligibility for Refund / Return
A return or refund request will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
• The product is defective — i.e., it has a manufacturing defect, is damaged upon delivery, is broken or non-functional, or is materially different from the product ordered.
• The defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
• The claim is supported by photographic or video evidence of the defect, shared with our customer support team at the time of raising the request.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received (except for the reported defect).
7.2 Conditions Not Covered
Refund or return requests will NOT be accepted for:
• Change of mind or personal preference after purchase.
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
• Natural variation in aroma or colour of Aroma Oils, which is characteristic of natural essential oil products.
• Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with (unless the defect was discovered during first use).
• Expired products where the expiry date was clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
7.3 How to Raise a Return / Refund Request
To initiate a defect-based return, please follow these steps:
• Contact our customer support via email or the contact form on our website within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your Order ID, a clear description of the defect, and photographic/video evidence.
• Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and communicate the outcome to you via email.
• If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the defective product to be picked up (at no cost to you) and process a replacement or refund accordingly.
7.4 Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of claim approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We reserve the right to offer a product replacement instead of a monetary refund at our discretion, subject to stock availability.
7.5 Special Notes for Product Categories
First Aid Kits:
• Any opened sterile components (bandages, gloves, etc.) cannot be returned unless the seal was found broken upon receipt.
• Defective or expired-upon-delivery items will be fully refunded or replaced.
Aroma Oils:
• Due to the nature of essential oils and aroma products, returns are only accepted if the bottle is sealed and leaking, or if the product delivered does not match the product ordered.
• Variations in natural fragrance intensity or colour are not considered defects.
Household Items:
• Items that are broken, non-functional, or materially damaged upon delivery are eligible for a claim.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product may not qualify for a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of our company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
• We do not assume liability for any adverse reactions, misuse, or self-treatment arising from the use of First Aid products purchased on our platform.
10. Privacy & Data
Personal information collected during the purchase process is used solely for order fulfilment and customer communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary for the delivery of your order. By using our website, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication with our customer support team before pursuing legal remedies.
